Zayn, former member of British boyband One Direction, will perform a sold out concert tonight at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, West London.
The popstar left the band One Direction in March 2015, citing his desire to relax and have time out of the spotlight. He dropped his debut single ‘Pillowtalk’ in January the following year.
The singer performed his first ever solo show in May this year, at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire. The show was a shorter set in promotion of his new album, ‘Room Under The Stairs’.
Tonight’s concert is the first of two sold out shows in the capital. The London gigs are apart of the UK ‘Stairway to the Sky’ tour.
The tour debuted in Leeds on Saturday and featured a tribute to Zayn’s former One Direction band member, Liam Payne, who tragically died last month.
The UK tour will conclude in Edinburgh on December 9.
