10.30 Headlines recorded, straps (words on the screen), and pictures delivered to Production team.

10.30 Graphics delivered to gallery (our control room), for the 12pm bulletin

11.00 Weather report delivered to production team.

11.15 All scripts are finished and loaded into the Autocue and printed as a back up
