Many affected in the Haringey area have said that there was no consultation between the council and residents.
STOPHDV have taken their case to court, which is now under judicial review.
Residents claim that Haringey council joined Landlease, an Australian multinational corporation to take over land and property belonging to the council.
STOPHDV claim that if this deal goes ahead, this will be the biggest transfer of local authority resources into a private entity.
The march comes just days after council leader Carol Kober announced her resignation from the labour backed council over claims of “bullying” and “sexism”.
