The body of missing Nineteen-year-old student Samaria Ayanle was recovered more than three weeks ago, according to the Metropolitan Police.

The teenager, who was studying for a BA in Japanese and the History of Art at SOAS University of London, was last seen in the early hours of Thursday 22nd February at her university accommodation near to Marble Arch.
On the same morning her body is believed to have been recovered near Putney Pier after a member of the public called the police.
University staff reported Samaria’s absence on March 8th , 15 days after she was last seen.
Her death is being treated as unexplained, say police.
SOAS University have said they are “deeply saddened” by the news, and that their thoughts are with Samaria’s friends and family.
