Donald Trump will return to the Manhattan courthouse as the fourth week of his hush money criminal trial comes to an end.
Earlier in the week, jurors heard adult film star Stormy Daniels divulging the details of her sexual affair with Trump.
She told jurors that she had sex with Mr Trump in a Lake Tahoe hotel suite in 2006, while he was married to his wife Melania.
She testified about gold tweezers she saw in his toiletry bag and stated that he did not wear a condom.
The residing judge admitted, “there were things that would have been better left unsaid.”.
In response, Trump’s lawyers attempted to discredit her over motivations of agreeing to the $130,000 hush-money payment at the heart of the criminal case.
On Thursday, Trump’s lawyer Susan Necheles pointedly asked Daniels, “You wanted money, right?” In response, Daniels said, “I wanted the truth to come out.”
