This Sunday, Sport England is funding a netball initiative hoping to promote netball as a sport for everyone.
Their first ever event will be hosted at The Copper Box in Stratford where London’s first National Performance League Team, London Pulse will play an all star’s match against celebrity guests including olympic silver medalist, Jessica Eddie.
London Pulse Coach and Islington resident Natalie Seaton, told City News they hope the initiative will help develop netball as a sport in under privileged areas, particularly around Hackney Down, where many of their players live.
