Chelsea resident and fan, Oliver Vesey, knows how important the match is for both teams.
“They are both two of the top teams in Europe and both really need to win for different reasons,” he said.
“Chelsea needs to win to finish top of the group which is very important because then you avoid playing on one of the bigger teams in the round on 16 February, which is very helpful if you want to get further in the tournament.”
Chelsea is currently at the top of their group with ten points, and Atletico Madrid is in third place with six points. The other teams in this group are Roma with eight points, and FK Qarabag with two points.
The match starts at 19:45 this evening at Stamford Bridge.
