The long standing rivals Lawrence Okolie and Isaac Chamberlain will face each other in the ring in the battle for "British Beef."

Lawrence Okolie, aged 25 will face Chamberlain, 23 on Saturday in what is being called the battle of “British Beef”. The two boxers have a long-standing rivalry. Okolie, born in Hackney, and Chamberlain, from Brixton have inspired interest from fans with their London “beef”. The run up to the fight have been characterised by sparring over social media, increasing the speculation as to who will be victorious in the ring.
Okolie is 6″5 and is in the cruiserweight division. Chamberlain is 6″2 in the same division. Chamberlain made his professional debut in January 2015, defeating Moses Matovu in a four-round points victory. He was selected for Team GB in 2016 Rio Olympics. Fighting as a heavyweight, he beat Igor Pawel Jakubowski from Poland on points in the Preliminary Round of the Rio Olympics.
Chamberlain has previously fought against Anthony Joshua, and Deontay Wilder, both world heavyweight champions. However, both boxers have an unbeaten record, and as Anthony stated, “It is going to be very direct, very explosive.”
