Two men are under investigation for storming the pitch during a football match on Wednesday evening.
Fans were stunned as a match at Tottenham’s London stadium was invaded last night by two people during their match against Westham for the Carabao Cup.
The first invader ran on as Tottenham prepared to take a corner, causing major disruption to the game before the other, who donned a Halloween Scream mask, followed suit 90′ into the game.
The two men will be banned from all future games.
Tight security is said to have been in place following a string of problems with the crowds at previous games between the two clubs.
This is also not the first time that pitch invaders have been successful interrupting a match.
West Ham will launch an investigation into how this happened.
The match result of 2-1 to Tottenham means Arsenal will host them for the cup’s quarter finals in December.
