Businesses located along the night tube have seen an 18% increase in sales since its introduction 2 months ago, a report has found.
The company world pay analysed card transaction data and found spending increases of as much as seventy five percent in the City of London as boosts along the rest of the Central and Victoria lines.
At the same time, Camden’s businesses remained at the same level but are expected to see a similar increase when the Northern line becomes a twenty four hour service later this month.
London Mayor Sadiq Khan announced this week that the Piccadilly line’s night service will begin on the sixteenth of December, completing the five line night tube service by the end of the year.
