Angel Restaurant Liman, opened only in June this year and has already been placed as number one in London by Trip Advisor.
Young couple, Berican and Niyazi Battaloglu have both been working in the hospitality business since they moved to England. Berican worked as a pastry chef in a Turkish restaurant and husband Niyazi was the former head chef at The Royal Albert Hall
The pair both takes part in the running of the restaurant and also designed and decorated all the interiors themselves. The hard work has clearly paid off as they have received nothing but positive feedback and five star reviews
Berican is very happy about the outcome but she said that “It’s good but it’s difficult of course, as we need to be more careful and keep the quality of the food up”
The restaurant is only 5-minute walk away from Angel Tube station and you can grab yourself a lunchtime menu for only £6.50.
