The scheme is running from October 2016 and March 2017. The main goal is to get motorists to take an anti-idling pledge. Twelve councils have banded together to encourage drivers to give up their idling habit once and for all – through the power of play.
A giant, air-quality themed snakes and ladders board is being used to attract members of the public, who can then learn about air pollution and engine idling in a fun and playful way.
The next pop-ups are coming to Enfield on Wednesday 16th and Camden on Thursday 16th.
