The Francis Crick Institute in Kings Cross is hosting the first ever abseiling event in Camden for Cancer Research.
Cancer research event manager Lorna Hartley told City News that they ‘always looks for truly unique events’ and that they ‘hope everyone is training in preparation.’
The building is home to six medical research organizations including Cancer Research UK, who are promoting the event to raise awareness. The charity is encouraging people to sponsor themselves to take part in the adrenaline-fuelled activity.
It takes place on Saturday 11th March 2017 and will cost £35 to take part.
