Unite Students acquire new contract to develop new student accommodation in Aldgate, like this one here.

Developer, Unite Students, have acquired new planning permission to build student accommodation with a capacity of around 1,000 beds in Aldgate.
Kings College London support Unite Students development plans and aim to secure a long-term nomination agreement.
The new accommodation will be located on Middlesex Street, London E1 and is planned to be completed by 2021/22 academic year. Total development costs are estimated to be around £195 million and will provide much needed accommodation options for students.
Richard Smith, CEO of Unite Students, said:
“This is our first major development in London since 2013 and represents an important return to the City with the support of one of the UK’s leading Universities. This reflects our strategy of building long term partnerships with the UK’s top universities in strategically important locations where there is a shortage of affordable, high-quality student accommodation.”
