A 41-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of Ranjith Kankanamalage in Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park.
Tower Hamlets police has announced they have arrested a 41-year-old man on suspicion of the murder. Ranjith, known as ‘Roy’ was found dead in Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park in August.
The man was arrested yesterday and has been taken into custody.

On 16 August, police were called by the London Ambulance Service (LAS) following reports a man was found unresponsive.
Paramedics and officers attended the scene and found 50-year-old Ranjith with a head injury. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post-mortem carried out on 18 August deemed the cause of death as a blunt force trauma to the head.
A 36-year-old man, previously arrested in connection with the investigation, was released on bail in mid-November.
